The University of Leeds offered a bespoke opportunity for QE students to visit their school of Health Sciences to find out more about the university and the range of courses available to those interested in a career in Health, especially Nursing. The trip included a tour of the campus and students union; Nursing taster sessions led by academic staff and current students, and admissions advice for applying to healthcare courses at Leeds and other universities. It was an ideal opportunity to explore the type of course students could study and what facilities universities have to offer.
