Honda has partnered with Elwood Staffing and area colleges to offer a limited number of CFT Work Programs (Career Fast Track) for students enrolled in certain 2 year technical disciplines.

ALABAMA fame - federation for advanced manufacturing education

Several companies have partnered with Gadsden State Community College to offer an apprenticeship-style training program. Students will work for a local manufacturing company while attending GSCC in Anniston. This is a 5 semester program in the area of Diesel Mechanics, Electronics, or Welding.
