Financial Aid Information
All students in Alabama are required to submit a FAFSA or a FAFSA waiver form before graduation. Please see Ms. Smith in the Guidance Office for assistance.
Taken both on and off campus.
PCHS offers DE classes from University of Alabama Early College, Jefferson State Community College, Lawson State and Jacksonville State University.
These classes end after one semester.
If student passes the class can obtain college credit. Credits vary by college.
GPA requirements vary by college.
Many classes are FREE! Costs vary each year depending on grant statuses beyond our control.
Check with a counselor for current options during pre-registration.
PCHS counselors are not trained to advise on college classes. You can use this website as a resource for which credits may transfer for your desired undergraduate program, but you also need to contact the college that you plan to utilize for Dual Enrollment.
