Dr. Pulikkutty Subramaniyan, a postdoctoral researcher at National Taiwan University, specializes in flexible sensors, computational chemistry, and electrochemical sensing. After completing his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), Taiwan, his research has focused on developing high-sensitivity sensors for wearable electronics and portable devices. He leverages computational chemistry to optimize material properties, enabling more efficient, targeted sensor designs that improve the detection of physiological parameters and environmental contaminants, such as drugs and toxicants, in biological and environmental samples. With numerous publications in respected journals, Dr. Subramaniyan is committed to advancing sensor technology through a combined experimental and computational approach, aiming to deliver real-time, accessible, and sustainable solutions for health diagnostics and environmental safety.

Postdoc
Dr. Akhil K. Paulose is a Postdoc at National Taiwan University, specializing in the development of Electrical Double Layer Field-Effect Transistor (EDL-FET) sensors for biomolecule detection and environmental monitoring. He holds a PhD in Nano Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. Dr. Paulose is an expert in device fabrication and semiconductor tools, including photolithography, wet and dry etching, and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) techniques. His research focuses on advancing biosensing technologies, microfabrication, and developing point-of-care diagnosis platforms. He has led several research and development projects in these areas.
Simran
Dr. Simran is a Postdoctoral researcher at the National Taiwan University. She specialises in the development of Flexible Elastomeric Sensors and Triboelectric Nanogenerators. She holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She has expertise in developing wearable sensing devices for E-Textiles and Point-of-care diagnostics. Her doctoral research focused on elastomers and carbon nanomaterials, particularly graphene-based nanocomposites. She is passionate about advancing smart, self-powered, and application-driven technologies. Her research integrates materials innovation with device engineering to address real-world challenges. She continues to explore next-generation solutions for healthcare, energy, and wearable electronics.
