To kick-start the 2019 brown bag sessions, A/P Tan Aik Ling will be sharing on the creation of fun and meaningful experience with location-based learning trail using NIE’s in-house app - NIE CLUES.

This mobile learning trail enhances their learning on science concepts and knowledge about nature of science to engage the student’s teachers via different interactive activities for example like a photo submission of a plant in the vicinity.

Through this trail, it provided an authentic learning context and the timely feedback from the use of technology helped to generate better learning outcomes. This mobile trail also helped to develop their ICT competency which is essential as 21st century educators.
