The selections in this unit, both fiction and nonfiction, explore how character is formed, and the complexities of human morality. Write an informative/explanatory essay in which you explain how three individuals in three of the excerpts you have read underwent character building experiences. Analyze the impact each incident had, what each of these characters took away from the experience, and whether they are similar in any way.
