This is CASS’ attempt to capture the essence of humanities - the intricate tapestry of our histories and futures; the spaces we nurture and where we thrive. History offers insights into the evolution of civilizations; Philosophy probes the fundamental questions of existence and morality; Psychology studies the mind, motivations and behaviors; Languages and Literature reflect cultural values shaping collective identities; Sociology examines social interactions and explores power dynamics shaping institutions; Political Science investigates collective decision-making to ensure unity and peace. Together, the College forwards a holistic framework, enriching our understanding of the complexities that define individuals and societies. In today’s fast-paced society, this is to remind us about the indisputable fact of living–human connections. Ang lahat ng bagay ay magkaugnay… Who we are today is connected with our past, and what we will be tomorrow depends on what we do now… It is, therefore, imperative to observe and practice balance and harmony, which is appropriately captured in CASS’ slogan — kakambal ng husay at talino ang puso at konsensya.
