I believe that teaching is very vital to the learnings of learners. We serve as their role model and we as a teacher have an ability to influence them. We teach them not only about truth knowledge but also about teaching them to be a better citizen and responsible son/daughter/sibling to their family.
Education is a foundation for making a successful life. Learners will received much benefit from learning different skills and knowledge and this will make our society in peace and order. Education is not only about academics but also these learnings will apply to their real life such as maintaining their health, being productive, aware not only to safety but also to the environment, solving complicated problems and connecting to other people. Throughout education, the learners can explore new information and ideas.
I believe that the learners deserve to enjoy the healthy learning environment. If the teachers, staff of school, parents and peers will support in contributing to a positive environment, learnings will flourish. I believe that if there is collaboration and teamwork, the learners can work with others and benefit from supports of peer as they learn.
Each child is distinct and should treat with love, respect and care. The needs and learning styles of each individual student should worked with thoughtfully.
Teachers should be flexible and can adapt to any situations especially when it comes to handling the learners. The learners should provide materials, so that the learners can be able to practice their skills creatively and think critically. The teachers should teach the learners in inventive and intriguing way so that the learners will motivate to learn and enjoy their school experience. I believe that in this way, the learners can grow in loving for learning that can last a forever.
