A bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree, from a recognized institution is required for admission to a master’s program or doctoral program, respectively.
An undergraduate Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00 or better, or some evidences of potential ability to pursue a graduate degree, e.g., excellent performance in teaching or research.
Evidence of suitable background or its equivalent in the degree sought.
What is this?
This is a process where the Department and the College determine the eligibility and qualification of the prospective students to the master's program they are applying for. This is not the admission process yet.

Accomplish the Admission Forms
login to your Google account and open this [Google file].
from the menu, click File -> Make a copy
fill-out the copied forms (admission, concept paper, personal statement)
from the menu, select Download -> PDF Document (.pdf)
save as <lastname, firstname Application.pdf>
Scan the Transcript of Records into a single PDF file and save as <lastname, firstname TOR.pdf>
[Submit online by uploading] the admission forms and, transcript of records
Submit physical copies of the Recommendation Forms (from 2 different references) to the Graduate Coordinator, located at the Office of the Dean, CCS Building, MSU-IIT.
CCS's Actions
Receives the physical copies of the 2 sealed envelopes containing the recommendations
Reviews the application papers submitted
This may take about 1 week, depending on the availability of the reviewer, and the signatories.
Result Expected
Notice of Acceptance (printed, with wet signature)
What is this?
This is the process where the Admission and Registrar's office formally admit the student to the university. This is not the same as enlistment/enrolment.

What is this?
This is the enlistment of subjects to be taken for the specific term/semester. Tuition and enrolment fees will be charged, unless subsidized through a scholarship. This is done every term/semester.
