During the implementation, there are standards to be followed. The teachers, supervisors, and other related positions in education should integrate the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers in order to engage in actively embracing a continuing effort in attaining the proficiency standards. Also, applying a uniform measure to assess teacher performance and identity needs, and provide support for professional development as said by Omar Q. Hussien, Ph.D., an Education Program Supervisor. He also shared the different indications of each PPST domain in career stage 1. Lastly, appreciate the purpose and implementation of the PPST which really drive me to pursue and love teaching. PPST has 7 domains that really help teachers to become effective, reliable, well-developed, creative, innovative, and knowledgeable about teaching and learning domains. These would help us as future educator to be more effective and incorporates all of these in our teaching approach inside the classroom and even in the school and community. Also, dealing with difficult circumstances of the learners that need attention and assessment. Setting standards would literary give brighter outcomes for young learners to become more competitive, has the desire to learn, develop critical and creative thinking, and even develop their personal growth.
Also, understanding everyone’s feelings and intellectual capacity is important because it is part of the teaching profession that we must consider. We let them feel that they are valued, appreciated, and accepted. Because I believe that anyone has the right to be acknowledged and has their own capabilities even if they are special. Treating everyone with equitable treatment that will benefit the learner is the main focus for expanding the teaching quality of a teacher. Thus, my profession and heart for teaching will eventually make a change in a learner's confidence, knowledge, wisdom, behavior, and self-growth.

How did you apply your observations to actual teaching?
One of the aspects of being a student teacher is to have self-awareness. Self-awareness encourages me as a student teacher to develop my beliefs, values, and teaching philosophies. It also adds up my understanding regarding my teaching styles, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for my professional growth. Moreover, as a student teacher, I'd like to emphasize that making adjustments are really one of the best options that I could do while doing the homework as a practice teacher. It is also important that a student teacher or a professional teacher seeks feedback so that we can learn from it and make adjustments to it. I believed that we could learn from our mentors, colleagues, and students because once a student teacher could engage in any kind of conversation with the mentor which is my cooperating teacher, other teachers, and department heads, and gather feedback through student evaluations. Lastly, in the span of 360 hours of internship at Iligan City National High School, I could say that I had developed my professional growth as a student teacher. With my experience, I can identify areas where I need additional training or support, mentorships, collaborations, and resources that enhance my teaching skills.
Learning is like having a responsibility where you have to produce new knowledge and accomplish something honorable for yourself. This change would show us the value of education in fostering students' intellectual, cognitive, and social development as well as their motivation to learn and personal growth. There is more to learn and space for growth, therefore students need to be more enthusiastic about learning. Thus, consider the instructor as well. They might inspire the young students in the classroom with a better future that they could adopt in their own life. I think that the more success a learner can gain as they continue to learn, the more important it is to have the ideal teacher to teach effectively and correctly.
