"Hurt"

The other day, John was riding his new red bike down the street because he wanted to play with his friend. When he was riding really fast his bike hit a big rock and he crashed. John cut his knee. Then he was really sad because the cut hurt. Then John ran home and said to his mom “I need a band-aid because my knee is bleeding.” Then his mom said “Oh my, you do need a band-aid.” Then she put a band-aid on his knee. When John got a band-aid his knee he felt better and he was happy.
