The Rustic

$15,000 - The overall dimensions of The Rustic Cabin are 12' wide and 19' long and stand 12' tall. The footprint of the building is 10' X 16'

It is built on treated 4x12 skids for easy transport and durability.

The included features are an insulated floor, a 36" insulated half-light exterior door, two vinyl windows, a 4'x10' loft, and rough-in electrical.

$3,000 - Add-ons include interior walls and rough-in plumbing for a sink, toilet, and shower.

$500 - for each additional foot in length.

*For example, this cabin has a footprint of 16' and sells for $15,000.

Adding one foot to the footprint makes it '17 long, totaling $15,500.

The Craftsman Cabin

$13,000 - The overall dimensions of Craftsman Cabin are 12' wide and 19' long and stand 12' tall. The footprint of the building is 10' X 16'

Included features:

This cabin is built on treated 4x12 skids for easy transport and durability. The floor is insulated with 2" R-Tech between the floor joists, 2x8 rafters to accommodate R21 insulation, and 1.5" space for airflow to the center ridge cap. This cabin has a 36" insulated half-light exterior door and two vinyl windows. The interior is open with a 4' x 10' loft. Roughin electrical ( two light switches and six outlets are included).
