Submission Process

Abstracts must be submitted through the abstract submission system on this website. Abstracts sent via email will not be considered.

I appreciate your interest in AMDP & PHENMA 2026. Abstract submission will be open from November 01, 2025, to March 01, 2026.  Your abstract should include up to four keywords and will be reviewed by the committee. Once accepted, we will assign it to the appropriate field and determine the presentation format (oral or poster). You will receive an acceptance letter from us after we review your abstract by April 01, 2026.

The submitted abstracts must contain non-published data and meet the criterion of not being under consideration for publication elsewhere. We uphold ethical conduct as an essential virtue in academic research and consider any act of plagiarism to be unacceptable academic misconduct that cannot be tolerated. All submitted abstracts will be published in the AMDP & PHENMA 2026 proceedings book.

Journal manuscript publication

AMDP & PHENMA 2026 participants have the opportunity to submit their full manuscript to the distinguished journals of Modern Physics Letters B (MPLB) and International Journal of Modern Physics B (IJMPB). Only outstanding papers will be selected and considered for publication. We encourage you to contribute to this publication, and it will serve as a valuable record of your participation.

Authors who are non-native English speakers are advised to proofread their work for errors in spelling and grammar to avoid rejection.

Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and originality of their publications. Plagiarism is unacceptable, and any evidence of it will be taken seriously, leading to rejection of the manuscript. Instructions and submission guidelines will be provided via email. All selected outstanding papers from AMDP & PHENMA 2026 will be subjected to peer review for publication in a highly reputable SCI journal.

 Publication Fee and Payment Link

Accepted papers that were presented in the AMDP & PHENMA 2026 need publication charges. The publication fee for the manuscript is to be announced later. Kindly note that payment will be made in USD only.

Abstract Template Download:

1. An abstract with 200-300 words should be submitted first through the Abstract Submission system.

2. Please submit the abstract only if you just want to make presentations.

3. Please note that the submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract.

4. Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission.

5. The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author.

6. Kindly note that one registration allows one person as the presenting author for a maximum of one abstract per registration.
