Registration as Student must be accompanied with a proof of status. (eg. Student ID).
Foreign participants affiliated with a Taiwanese organization/ university can be identified as a local participant.
Registration is only valid upon receipt of the full payment.
Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollars and the payment could only be made with credit card (Visa, Master, JCB and UnionPay card).
Credit card and bank transfer payments are available for local participants.
The deadline for Regular Registration is 23:59, October 2, 2026 (GMT+8). Any registration or payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.
For On-site Registration, only cash payments in New Taiwan Dollars will be accepted.
The receipt will be sent to you via email on October 27, 2026.
An invitation letter can be requested from the AISAMP16 Secretariat and will be issued only to delegates who have completed both registration and payment.
Registration cancellations submitted on or before September 26, 2026 (GMT+8) will be eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 26, 2026.
All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
All refunds will be made in New Taiwan Dollar (NTD).

Yehliu Geopark - Fugui Cape Lighthouse - Dinner at Tamsui - Back to National Taiwan University
Join us for a scenic half-day excursion along Taiwan’s stunning northern coast. The journey begins with a visit to Yehliu Geopark, famous for its unique rock formations shaped by wind and sea, including the iconic Queen’s Head.
Next, we head to Fugui Cape Lighthouse, the northernmost point of Taiwan, where you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful coastal atmosphere.
In the evening, we will explore Tamsui, a charming riverside district known for its vibrant streets and beautiful sunset. Dinner will be arranged here, offering a taste of local cuisine.
Excursion: NT$1,500 per person (the afternoon of October 28)
Banquet: NT$1,200 per person (October 29)
