Poster Presentation Guidelines:

• Posters must be prepared in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm) in portrait orientation.

• Each poster is limited to a maximum of ONE page. 

• All posters must be prepared based on the abstract accepted by the Scientific Program Committee.

• All posters should be prepared in ENGLISH.

• The paper title, authors’ names, and affiliations must be clearly displayed and centered at the top of the poster.

• Posters should be mounted on the designated poster boards using pins provided by the organizers.

• Authors are required to bring their own printed posters, as on-site printing facilities will not be available.

• The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to posters.

• Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster sessions for discussion with interested participants.
