Proposal

• Mentors - committed to spending time with students to teach skills

  • must be 18+ and graduated for 2 years in order to mentor

  • must complete all FIRST training

  • cannot cover travel expenses at this time

• Volunteers - short term commitment

  • Must be 18+ 

  • Must complete all FIRST training

• Pathway to Travel Team

  • Fall - Training and certification opportunities offered.  Hours not counted but this is the time to get those required certs

  • November - Those meeting minimum cert requirements schedule an interview, scored by rubric.

  • December - Travel team announced.

  • January - Team rolls assigned at launch.

• Attendance 

  • discussion with admin for approval of plan

  • someone other than Penn manages it.
