Before starting your journey of joining the Stingray Football team, you must complete the following task to be eligible to play.  All task can be found under the Join the Team tab.

1. Complete the 2025 OBM Football Information Form 

2. Obtain a Physical dated after April 1st, 2025.

3. Create Student Central Account 

• If you already have an existing Student Central account, please update the physical with one dated after April 1st, 2025 and update any needed documents. 

Each tab has instructions on how to complete each task. Remember  you must complete each task before you are eligible to join and play for the Stingray Football Team.
