2023-24 Meeting Dates 

All meetings are on Wednesday afternoons at 3:25 pm in the Cafeteria unless otherwise specified.

Attendance Requirements

 All members are expected to attend 90% of all meetings and activities for the chapter.  Accepted reasons for missing a meeting include sports competitions, chorus or band concerts, or ROTC events.   If you must miss a meeting, you should let one of the officers know.  A make up meeting may be held, or a make up assignment posted on Google Classroom.  This must be completed before the next monthly meeting to stay in good standing. 

Unacceptable reasons for missing a meeting include (but are not limited to)

• an after school job

• practice (sports, music, theater, etc.)

• transportation issues

• extra help with a teacher

• make up school

Since the dates for meetings for the whole year are posted in August, students are expected to make appropriate arrangements to be able to attend.
