Registration

Registration:

• Physical Forms are no longer accepted on paper.  The physicals are completed and stored through planeths.com.  To create an account go to planeths.com and create both a parent and a student account.  After the accounts have been created, they will need to be linked.  Once linked, up in the top right hand is a link where you can find the Pre-Participation forms.  It will be all of the forms.  The physical form is there also.  Once it has been completed there is the ability to upload it (scan) or take a photo of the physical along with the student's birth certificate as well.  NO ONE will be allowed to tryout or participate in tryouts without a valid physical on file. 

• Please do not get your physical before April 1st, 2023 or it will not be valid.
