1. 1. 1. Visiting teams will park buses near the visitor locker room at the southeast corner of Shelton Stadium.

      2. Visiting teams will occupy the visitor Locker Room.

      3. Visiting teams will warm up on the North End of Shelton Stadium(scoreboard).

      4. If in need of athletic training information, please contact the home team trainer prior to the game.

      5. Visiting teams will use the press box on the visitor’s side of the stadium. Any visiting team’s radio and/or live stream announcers/broadcast will be in the home press box.

Teams and Student Performance Groups Admission

• Students, coaches, directors and escorts will be admitted to the stadium by uniform.

• Personal items should be limited to necessity for the performance. Groups are to be admitted through designated gates and not ticketed patron entry gates.

Parking

• Lots available at Hays High School, Live Oak Academy and Barton Middle School for parking.

• Central lot between the stadium and campus is available for a fee and may be pre-sold through the athletic department or booster clubs.

Gates

• Visitor patrons can gain access to the stadium through the north and south gates only.

• Home patrons are encouraged to use the north, south and east gates for entry.

Security Procedures

• Limited personal items will be allowed into the stadium.

• Bags that are approved are: clear tote bags, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags, small clutch purses that do not exceed 5.5”

x 8.5”, and wallets. All bags are subject to inspection prior to entry into the stadium.

General Rules for Bob Shelton Stadium

• Please display respect and good sportsmanship at all times.

• Alcohol, tobacco, smoking, illegal substances, or firearms are prohibited at all times.

• No pets, except service animals, are allowed.

• No backpacks are allowed.

• Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited.

• For patron safety, umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium.

• No noisemakers are permitted in the stadium.

• Once you leave the stadium, you will be required to purchase a ticket to return. (No in and out privileges.)

• Hays CISD reserves the right to remove anyone from the stadium at any time.

• Concession stands will be provided with a limited menu of options.
