Carter is a dedicated and highly accomplished member of the MCJROTC program. Throughout his time in the program, he has distinguished himself as an exceptional leader and student at Hays High School. His impressive achievements include:

We are proud to recognize Shiloh Hargrove as the Jack C. Hays MCJROTC Stoplight Student for September 2025!
Shiloh is a dedicated and highly accomplished member of the MCJROTC Air Rifle Team. Over the course of her time in the program, she has become the most decorated rifle team member in Hays history, with an outstanding list of achievements:
