I am a PhD candidate at Harvard Business School.
My research examines how organizations can effectively leverage high-skilled human capital to drive innovation. These individuals possess deep expertise but operate under institutional logics that differ from those of firms. This creates fundamental challenges for organizations in evaluating, attracting, and deploying high-skilled talent.
Before beginning my PhD, I received an M.S in Engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC), a Master's in Management from HEC Paris, and worked in corporate M&A.
