I am a PhD candidate at Harvard Business School.
My research examines how organizational and strategic choices around knowledge work shape innovation and performance. I am particularly interested in the hiring of knowledge workers, studying how evaluation systems and competition for talent shape firm outcomes.
Before beginning my PhD, I received an M.S in Engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC), a Master's in Management from HEC Paris, and worked in corporate M&A.
