Justine Boudou

I am an Assistant Professor at London Business School in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship Department.

My research examines how organizational and strategic choices around knowledge workers shape innovation and firm performance. 

I received my PhD from Harvard Business School. Before that, I received an M.S in Engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC), a Master's in Management from HEC Paris, and worked in corporate M&A.
