PBIS Expectations are behavioral standards that Osborne students are taught to ensure they understand the expectations for their behavior in the hallway, cafeteria, restrooms, and during arrival and dismissal. These standards are taught through brief lessons during our intervention block. The purpose is to promote a safe school environment, desired positive behaviors, and respect for one's self and others. S.O.A.R is the acronym that represents our OMS PBIS Expectations. Below is the OMS Expectations Matrix which is posted throughout the school to remind students of the expected behaviors across the school environment.
