Steps to Update Information in Your College Board Account:
Unfortunately, no one at the school can update your College Board account for you. Try these steps instead! If you need more help, email alex.robson@gcpsk12.org, and we can set up a time to go through the steps together!
Log In to Your Account
Go to myap.collegeboard.org.
Use your username and password to sign in.
Access Your Profile
Once logged in, click on your name in the upper-right corner.
Select "Account Settings" or "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.
Edit Your Information
In the Account Settings, find the section with the information you want to update:
Name or Date of Birth: Contact College Board directly to request changes for these fields (proof may be required).
Email Address or Phone Number: Update these directly by typing the new information in the respective fields.
Password: Use the "Change Password" option if needed.
School Information: Update the school name or other academic details.
Save Your Changes
After editing, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save" to apply your changes.
Verify Updates
Check the updated information to ensure accuracy.
For Corrections Requiring Assistance:
If the system doesn’t allow you to edit certain fields (e.g., name or DOB), contact AP Services for Students at 888-225-5427 or use the online contact form.
