Transitional Intellectual and Developmental Disability College Opportunities

Supporting our Black Knight families identify Inclusive Post Secondary Education transitional programs that meets the needs of our students to be successful.

Inclusive post secondary education (IPSE) is college that includes people with intellectual disability. It is also called inclusive higher education. IPSE means that students with and without intellectual disability go to college together.

Some programs provides federal financial aid as a Comprehensive Transition Program (CTP)  

Ms. Tomeeka Kimbro, our College and Career Specialist will work with our CGHS Case Managers/Staff to support and provide resources for additional transitional support.
