The Spartan Marching Band & Guard is a large performing organization open to all students in the grades 9-12. The band and guard focus on perfecting the music and movements involved in creating a form of entertainment in the pageantry arts. Rehearsals begin in late July with Mini-Camp and Band Camp. The marching band performs at all home football games, as well as participating in select invitational contests, Band Day at the Indiana State Fair, and ISSMA sponsored events. The band also participates in a couple parades, including the yearly Fayette County Fair Parade.
