Teaching For Better HumansMore than test scores or good grades — what do kids need to prepare them for the future? This hour, guest host Manoush Zomorodi and TED speakers explore how to help children grow into better humans.

I enjoy listening to all types of TED talks and reading articles about diverse teaching experiences. One podcast, in particular, helped me recognize the difference I could truly in a student's lives. The podcast TED Radio Hour has an episode titled Teaching For Better Humans. My dad sent me the link and it has truly impacted my perspective on teaching. This podcast splits the hour into three different stories; each story is just a smaller clip from each speaker's presentation from an earlier talk. This is a perfect summary of important ways student impact teachers and how teachers impact students. I went on to listen to the three individual presentations later and it benefited me even more. I truly suggest listening to this podcast to get three unique, new perspectives.
