While there is no due date for the application, we recommend new students have their housing application completed by June 1st to participate in room selection.
When will I receive a room assignment?
All information regarding room assignments will be sent to the ESU student email.
New residents with a completed housing application will be notified after June 1st with information on room selection.
Any student who does not participate in room selection will be notified of their room assignment by the ESU student email with instructions on how to view their assignment, following a completed housing application.
What furniture is already in my room?
Each resident is provided an extra-long twin bed and mattress, desk, desk chair, and chest of drawers (Schallenkamp and Abigail) or wardrobe (North/South Tower and Singular/Trusler). Furniture measurements are available on the residence hall pages. Single rooms may have two sets of furniture.
Can I bunk or loft my bed?
Yes! Bunking and lofting requests will be available summer of 2024. Only one bed per room can be lofted. Loft requests will not be accepted after the due date.
