Membership Requirements

The following are the requirements to become a Phi Kappa Phi Member:

• Senior undergraduates in the upper 10% of their class
• Junior undergraduates in the upper 7.5% of their class
• Graduate and professional students who have completed one full year of study and who are in the upper 10% of their graduate or professional degree program
• Faculty, administrators, professional staff, and ESU alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction
