Valentine’s Day is the day of love—but what love is more important than self-love? At school, we took the opportunity to remind our students that loving and valuing themselves is the first step to building healthy relationships with others. Because the most powerful kind of love starts from within!
To celebrate it, we organized a special activity where students wrote messages of self-love on paper hearts made out of cardboard. These hearts were later used to decorate the school, spreading positivity and good vibes everywhere. The messages were written in both English and French, helping students express their feelings while practicing the languages. A beautiful reminder that love starts with ourselves!
