Through the implementation of this project, we want to shape the core competences of the students which are important in the labor market today. We want to develop innovative methods and teaching methods which will contribute to the increase of students' creativity as well as their motivation to work.

We plan to carry out 5 short-term exchanges among LTTA students. During this exchange, students will develop their core competencies and teachers will develop innovative teaching methods in the field of entrepreneurship. Each of these exchanges will have a different theme
