Abstract:

Transforming raw data/results into a cohesive academic argument is often the most challenging step in the research process. This interactive workshop is designed for students currently in the data acquisition or analysis phase, focusing on the structure of scientific writing rather than grammar or mechanics.

We will cover strategies for organizing results logically, designing figures that contain the narrative independently, and structuring the discussion to effectively contextualize findings. Through practical examples, participants will learn how to turn their current experimental data into a structured, persuasive argument.
