We do not have official partner hotels, unfortunately.
The venue is conveniently located near the following areas: Hongo-Sanchome, Suidobashi/Korakuen, Ochanomizu, and Ueno/Okachimachi. We recommend choosing accommodation in these areas for easy access to the venue.
For your information, hotels in Ginza and Tokyo are also accessible via public transportation (about 10–15 minutes by train) and may suit participants who wish to combine their stay with sightseeing or dining.
The conference venue is accessible from Hongo Sanchome Station (Marunouchi Line / Oedo Line), which is approximately a 10-minute walk to the venue.

Participants who need Letter of Guarantee and Invitation Letter for your visa application to an Japanese embassy or consulate of Japan should contact us by email as early as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee visa issuance, as approval is subject to the decision of the relevant authorities.
