Arrival

• There will be a free shuttle provided by the hotel. A seat is reserved for everybody except Masahito, for **12:10** shuttle at the Echigo-Yuzawa train station (east side). [This means no separate reservation is needed.] A seat has been reserved, and no separate reservation is needed. If the shuttle does not appear, somebody should call them.

• It takes ~40 minutes to the hotel by shuttle.

• There are also public buses, but you need to check the timetable yourself.

• No lunch is provided on Day 1; please bring lunch on your own. There will also be restaurants on site.

Some information

• Your rooms are reserved by the organizer, so no need to reserve a room separately.

• The room has been assigned already so you can check into the room whenever it is ready.

• (Contrary to some previous information) all three meals, including lunch, will be provided.

Departure

• We will reserve a return shuttle on site; I am thinking of the 14:15 shuttle from the hotel. If you want to take a different shuttle please let Masahito know, so that we can count you out.
