Program AT A GLANCE

Presentation format

Multiple presentations and Q&As will take place in parallel, like a typical poster session. 

Each session will last 1 hour, during which each presenter will give the same 10-minute presentation twice to different audiences and answer questions.

For example, for the first session, which starts at 11:10, the session will ideally proceed as below:

• 11:10~11:20 First Presentation (10-min)

• 11:20~11:35 Q&A (15-min)

• 11:35~11:45 Wrap up & set up for the second presentation (the audience will use this time to move between the different poster presentation rooms)

• 11:45~11:55 Second Presentation (10-min)

• 11:55~12:10 Q&A (15-min)

• 12:10~ Break
