Information for
Symposium Participants

The sessions will be held  at the Main Lecture Room (A632) on the 6th floor of the ISSP Main Building.  Please take an elevator to access the venue.   Please note that the building is locked from 18:00 to 8:00.  

Registration instructions: (at Entrance of Room A632)
(1) Daily Sign-in:
All participants must SIGN IN EVERY DAY on the participants list.  記名は毎日お願いします．
If you have not registered yet, please complete on-site registration, in addition to sign in, by using the form accessed via the QR code on the wall.  未登録の方は記名に加えて，掲示されたQRコードのフォームで現地登録をお願いします．
(2) Name Card Collection
(3) Banquet Fee Payment, if applicable (regular 5000 JPY, student 2000 JPY; Cash (JPY) only).

Program
Printed copies of the program will NOT be distributed.  Please visit the "Symposium" page or download the PDF file (talks,  posters).

(invited)             presentation 20 min + discussions 5 min
(contributed)  presentation 15 min + discussions 5 min   

Wi-Fi
Eduroam (SSID: eduroam, 0000UTokyo) is available throughout the ISSP main building.  A local WiFi router is also available, and its password is displayed on the wall of the Main Lecture Room. 

Group Photo     12:15, Nov. 25 (Mon)
After the morning sessions on Nov.25, we will shoot a group photo.  Please proceed immediately to the gathering area on the 1st floor (refer to this MAP).

Poster                         16:00 – 18:00, Nov. 25 (Mon)
Poster session will be held in the two corridors outside the Main Lecture Room. 
Please ensure that your poster is sized to fit the A0 format (width 841 mm,  hight 1189 mm) to match the poster board dimensions.

Banquet                   18:15 (sharp),  Nov. 25 (Mon)
For those who have requested banquet participation:  Please pay the fee at the registration desk outside Room A632 and receive a ticket.
Fee: (regular 5000 JPY, student 2000 JPY).    Casy (JPY) only.
