All the presenters

For our smooth arrange of your presentations and preparation of poster gallery, we like to ask you to upload your presentation files or posters+flash talk slides (PPT or PDF; PDF is preferred) at the website sent to presenters via email around noon on May 8 (in JST).

Please upload your file no later than May 19 (Mon).

Oral presentation

Oral presentation is 12 min + Q&A 3 min (total 15 min).

For in-person talks, we will use a computer prepared by us at the venue.

For online talks, presenters will show their slides by sharing screen on Zoom.

Poster presentation

For in-person poster presentations, please bring your poster and put it on the board prepared at the venue in the morning coffee break or lunch time on the first day (May 21).

The board size fits to A0 size in portrait.

The 3-minute flash talk session for brief description of each poster without questions is scheduled on the first day (May 21) at the beginning of the in-person poster session.

For online poster presentations, we will have 3-minute flash talks online and arrange breakout rooms in Zoom on the second day (May 22).

If your local time zone is not feasible for you to do this, you can send us your recorded talk beforehand that we will broadcast in the flash talk session.

Electronic copy of online and onsite posters will be made available to access by the participants throughout the meeting period.
