By June of 2020, students of Phase II teachers will score 5% higher on standardized or district ELA assessments than their same-grade peers in classes taught by non-participating teachers.
By June of 2021, the achievement gap in ELA assessments between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged students will close by at least 3 percentage points.
Develop STEM Curriculum K-8 and STEM related pathways 6-8
