Please note that unless this is your first SCA event, membership of the SCA UK CIC, SCA Inc or an affiliate is required for insurance purposes. Membership is only £15 per person per year, or £29 for a family per year. Click here to find out more about SCA UK CIC membership.

Shortly after you book, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to pay.

Regardless of where you are travelling from, you have to pay in advance.
Your booking is confirmed once the treasurer records that your payment has arrived.
We have to collect payment in advance because we have to pay for the site before the event starts.
The event team will not be accepting cash payments on the door.

Cancellation and refunds policy
This policy may be waived at the sole discretion of the Event Stewards on a case by case basis.
If you cancel on or before 29th May 2026, payment will be returned to you in full.
Due to the fact that we are unlikely to be able to fill your spot, and some outlay will already have been made, unfortunately we are unable to refund your booking fee should you need to cancel after 29th May.
If you are cancelling in accordance with our COVID-19 and Infectious Disease Policy however, you will still be refunded in full.
Please note we will make reasonable efforts to ensure fees are kept to a minimum. Cancellation emails should be sent to the event stewards and reservation stewards as early as possible to help ensure this.
