Math: We are learning about place value and the different ways to represent a number.
ELAR: We are learning how to become a big kid reader and writing personal narratives.
Science: We will be finishing up our physical properties unit. We will then learn about push and pulls.
Social Studies: We are learning about patriotism, patriotic symbols, monuments and memorials, Texas symbols, and national holidays.
Class wants: black expo markers, any extra headphones for students.

We are fully in the swing of school! Parents please be sure to label your child’s jacket, backpack, water bottle and etc. Sometimes our rooms can be cold feel free to send a light jacket to keep at school if you like. Make sure students wear tennis shoes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Our rotated P.E. Days for this month is September 8th and 29th. Please wear tennis shoes!
Our Library day is every Wednesday. Please send library books to school on Wednesday for students to check out new ones!
