Math: We will be finishing our Place Value unit, then starting our addidition and subtraction unit. We will start with adding and subtracting 2 digit numbers, then moving into 3 digit numbers. 

ELAR: We are becoming experts about our topics. We are reading and writing nonfiction books. 

Science: We will be learning about sound energy and patterns in the sky. 

Social Studies: We will be learning about culture and then economics.

Books were sent home. Please read for 20 minutes a day, four days a week.

Students can also get on iReady Math or Prodigy Math for 10 minutes a day! They can log onto these using the Denton ISD SSO: https://launchpad.classlink.com/denton

             Their username is their ID number, and they know the password (this is how they log onto Chromebooks every day at school)

Parents please be sure to label your child’s jacket, backpack, water bottle and etc. Sometimes our rooms can be cold feel free to send a light jacket to keep at school if you like. Make sure students wear tennis shoes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Our rotated P.E. Days for this month is October 20th. Please wear tennis shoes!
