You will also need to bring the following: 

• Parent's driver's license  

• Proof of address (a lease or rental agreement or a current utility bill)

• Immunization records

• Student's birth certificate

• Student's social security card

• Withdrawal papers from the previous school and last report card including information/records from special programs (such as EXPO, dyslexia, 504, special education, etc.)
