About me
Entering my 7th year within Denton ISD and my 5th year at Hawk, my journey through various teaching roles have been extensive. From nurturing young minds in Mother's Day out programs and guiding the development of pre-K learners to stepping in as a substitute teacher and instructing 1st and 2nd graders, each experience has contributed to my growth as an educator. Now, as I eagerly anticipate returning to my true passion, Pre-K, I am filled with excitement and renewed enthusiasm.
About my family
Chris, my best friend and partner of 29 years, shares my love for travel, and together we love to go camping in our RV. Our family includes two wonderful children: Sam, who applies their skills as an environmental engineer for a gold mining company in Nevada, and Christina, who recently celebrated her graduation from UNT with a degree in art. The beautiful artwork featured on my page belongs to her—a source of immense pride and joy for our family. In addition to our human companions, our household is further enriched by the presence of our cats Luna and Coco, and our beloved dog Stella.
