Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures, and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.

I am a mother to a fabulous daughter, Caitlyn who is 15 years old. When we are able to hangout , we enjoy hanging out, going to the pool, seeing movies, shopping, and playing with our dog, Roxy.

I have lived in Denton all of my life. I went to Billy Ryan High School and graduated from the University of North Texas. I am the oldest of 2!

This will be my sixth year teaching at McNair. Before that, I taught 1 year in kindergarten at McNair, 3 years in Special Education Inclusion and Resource for the grades 3-5th , 3 years in Kindergarten, and 9 years in 1st grade. I absolutely love teaching! It is my mission to install a love for learning in my students. I attempt to teach with a passion for my subjects so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between us, and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need! I look forward to a great year together!
