0% Formative work: will be assigned daily and recorded in HAC
30-40% Minor Assessments: Frequently and you will not always be warned
60-70 % Major Assessments: At the end of every unit, you will be allowed one opportunity to reassess
Final Exam: Will happen in December and May, you cannot reassess this exam. The exam is 20% of your final grade for this class.

1. All formative assignments must be completed BEFORE major assessment is given out.
2. All minor assessments must have been completed.
3. Corrections of the original test need to be completed in a tutorial session. Note: The test can’t leave my classroom.
4. Take the pre-take quiz and pass it.
Grade Change Request
Grade Change Request
1. Staple the minor assessment that you want the grade changed on to the MAJOR assessment that allows for the grade change.
2. Turn in to Mrs. Dean’s box on her desk.
3. Allow 48 hours for the grade to be changed.
