I am originally from Longview, Texas, but moved to Denton to attend the University of North Texas. While at UNT, I met Mr. Stephens at First Baptist Church in Denton. We have been married for 23 years. He is a band director at Huffines Middle School in Lewisville. We have 3 daughters: Hannah, 20, Reagan, 17, and Reese, 11. I am also a dog mom to Daisy and Dot (see picture below.)

This will be my 23rd year in education. I have spent most of those years in K, 1, and 2. I am so excited about teaching 5th grade and learning about you!
