KEY WORDS
ENDORSEMENT - Endorsements consist of a related series of courses that are grouped together by interest or skill set. They provide students with in-depth knowledge of a subject area. All students are required to select ONE endorsement for high school. Endorsements include Businesses and Industry, Public Service, STEM, Arts and Humanities, and Multi-Disciplinary.
PROGRAM OF STUDY - Programs of study are course sequences that prepare students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their chosen career. These sequences embed relevant, real world experiences and culminate in a postsecondary credential.
EXAMPLE: John's endorsement choice is PUBLIC SERVICE but his program of study choice is EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
