Guardians can update student demographic and contact information, such as authorizing new emergency contacts, changing phone numbers, and email addresses, through their parental HAC accounts. For more information about HAC, please click HERE.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your parental HAC account, please email the Registrar Team, and either the Registrar or the Asst. Registrar will be in contact with you. If you are a student experiencing problems with your HAC account, please contact either of the Guyer Librarians.

If you have moved over the summer, please make sure that your new address is reflected in InfoSnap. If you have moved and do no plan to return to Guyer, please visit the page regarding Withdrawal Information.
If you have moved during the school year, to update your address, please upload your new water, gas, or electric bill with your new address and a copy/picture of your ID.
If updated bus service is needed, please be sure to email the Registrar Team to let us know. Once your address has been updated either by InfoSnap or Demographic Update Form, please allow 48-72 hours for Transportation to reflect the changes. If you move has now placed your student in a different Denton ISD high school attendance zone, the registrar's office will be in contact for the next steps. To check this, please use Denton ISD Transportation School Finder.

To check to see if you student is eligible for Denton ISD bus transportation services, please use this SchoolFinder link.
Once you have entered your address, with the correct grade selected, click on the hyperlinked GUYER to see your student's route information.
New student bus transportation should be available 2-3 days after your ID number has been assigned.
Current students who have moved bus information should be available 2-3 days after your address has been changed.
