MINDFULNESS APPS AND ONLINE PROGRAMS:

We are a society always on our phones, and as such there are about 300 mindfulness apps available for free of for purchase. Mindfulness apps can be a great way to learn a healthy skill. There’s no single best app for everyone. It may be helpful to try a guided app first, but you may want to try a self-guided silent app at another time.

Mindfulness takes practice. Like playing an instrument or a sport, the more you practice, the better you get and the more you get out of it. That’s where the 10 minutes every day comes in. Whatever you try, mindfulness can help to increase feelings of peacefulness while reducing depression, anxiety, and stress.
